His house is surrounded by soldiers. ….no ways for him to leave his compound.

The Upper Nile Times learned that some of Aweil are arrested in Jebel Dinka include local chief.

On April 10, 2016 former army chief of staff Paul Malong Awan said “as long as he lives, former vice president and rebel leader Riek Machar will never become president of the world’s newest nation.”
