Salva Kiir wants Dr. Riek, the Group, the Equatoria and the Nuer to Account for the Death of Dinka

JUBA – A leaked audio clips posted on social MEDIA has captured the voice of Salva Kiir Mayardit while addressing the group calling itself the Jieng Council of Elders (JCE) about the prospect of war and of how the none Dinka could be brought to account for the death of Dinka tribe in South Sudan.

Salva Kiir, who occasionally appeared in military fatigues, stated that “Dr. Riek does not care for South Sudan,” a blame he laid against Dr. Riek Machar, whom he viewed as his longtime opponent, branding him in an angry tone during such briefing.  Instead, he (Salva Kiir) then continued to say “Dr. Riek and the Nuer have actually made crisis the same like what happened in 1991,” which he literally said resulted into the death of many people in Juba, Akobo, and slaughtering of many people in Bor.

In his concluding remarks, Salva Kiir also stated that “Dr. Riek and the group and Equatorians and the Nuers have to account for the death of Dinka tribe, in South Sudan.  Although many south Sudanese have heard various speeches Salva Kiir have been presenting, a briefing such as this has never been brought to light to indicate that Salva Kiir and his JCE were the people behind Nuer Genocide that took place on December 15, 2013, the J1 assassination attempt on Dr. Riek’s life that claimed more than 300 peoples’ lives on July 9, 2016, the Wau massacre and the gross human right violation committed against Equetorian people in greater Equatoria region.

The violent conflict that engulfed the whole country has destroyed South Sudanese’ social fabric, yet the regime in Juba under Salva Kiir Mayardit could not feel bad about it.  This is an indication that the JCE together with the tribal leader, Salva Kiir have made South Sudan a slaughtering house for years to come.  Stay tune!
