South Sudan’s under-17 team to play Ghana for junior African championship

JUBA – The South Sudan’s under-17 team also known as the Bright Starlets will lock horns with powerhouse Ghana’s under 17 team in a two way African Junior championship qualifying campaign for 2015 African Juniors competition to be held in Niger. 
The Bright Starlets progressed to the second round to face Ghana after first round opponents, Kenya, withdrew from the tie.
The match between the two sides will be played in Juba on the 18th of July with the second leg preceding there after in August in Ghana. 
If the Bright Starlets succeed in defeating Ghana in the two legs, they will then face another steep challenge against another West African football powerhouse of Cameroon or Burkina Faso for a place at the championship.
