JUBA – A former Minister of information in the state government of Western Equatoria State has strongly charged that the country needs a new beginning by toppling Salva Kiir through arms not IGAD Peace Agreement.

Charles Kisanga, the recently removed Information Minister for the government of Western Equatorian State (WES) in his latest address as a chairman for the armed opposition of Western Equatorian State Youths and Arrow Boys said that the ongoing IGAD Peace initiative is nothing but waste of time to bringing about peace in the country.

Kisanga was a minister of information for the WES state government less than three months ago. But suddenly fall off the heirarchy when the new government took over. This week, he was appointed as the new chairman for all the dissidents groups comprising of the deadly Arrow Boys in WES.
“Kiir needs to be defeated by force for him to realise that he squandered the hope of people who made sure that we have a country called South Sudan. He must be defeated by arms and not peace agreement” Kisanga charged.

Kisanga also added that he has thousands of youths spread across WES and other neighbouring states under his command.
