Deputy Chief, Ladu Gore to arrive in Juba this afternoon

JUBA – SPLMIO’s second most powerful man, Gen Ladu Gore is set to arrive in Juba anytime from now in this afternoon boarding a Kenyan airline charter plane.

The deputy chairman is accompanied by about 60 others officials of the SPLMIO with notable figures such as:

  1. Edward Lino ( of Abyei)
  2. Khamis Abdel Latif
  3. Peter Marcelo
  4. Sandra Bona Malual.

The deputy chairman’s arrival in Juba this afternoon is in preparation for the arrival for the country’s first vice president, Dr Riek Machar, who is expected to arrive here in Juba on the 18th of April.

Deputy chairman, Gen Ladu Gore is accompanied by the Kenya’s foreign affairs minister, Hon Amina Mohamed among other foreign dignitaries.

Gore is expected to hold a press conference upon arrival and proceed to John Garang’s Mausoleum today.
